Missions Action

     Broadway Baptist Church is a mission minded church, for we believe the gospel is to be shared with everyone. Below is a list of our missions fulfillment actions which are a part of our regular schedule, and we have many various unscheduled missions opportunities which occur throughout the year.

Homebound Ministry - 3rd Monday of each month at 8:00am at Rainsville Hardee's. We visit and fellowship with church members and friends who are homebound and also distribute reading materials.

Sunshine Dinner - 2nd Tuesday of each month at 9:30am in the Broadway Kitchen. In 1974 this ministry began and continues today "spreading a ray of sunshine" into the lives of homebound friends. Meals are distributed monthly.

Hope House Ministry -  3rd Thursday of each month at 9:30 - 11:00am at the Hope House behind Rainsville Florist.  Clothes, household items and food donated by church members. These items are then distributed to persons in need.

Christmas in August - The GA's collect gifts annually from church members for North American and International missionaries.

Angel Tree - Gifts are bought and given to less fortunate children for Christmas gifts.

Haymon Homes - Worship service held weekly for the residents.

Nursing Home Christmas Store - Provide residents an opportunity to give gifts to their families and friends at Christmas.
